The product of electrolysis is a gas which contain a ratio of two-third Hydrogen and one-third oxygen, often called HHO gas. This gas is highly explosive and must be treated with respect. Never try to ignite this gas outside your car’s engine.  Don’t allow smoking or any other spark near the working spot.

Hydrogen isn’t toxic and safe to your breath but make sure it wont explode in your lungs. Always work in open space when experimenting electrolysis. HHO gas is lighter then air and can easily pile up on the ceiling, if you must work indoor work in ventilated place.

The higher the pressure of HHO the bigger the explosion will be. Always use bubbler to avoid the worst case scenario - explosion in the cell.

Do not install the HHO generator inside the passenger compartment of a car under any circumstances.

Always use common sense to avoid unwanted explosions and dangerous situations.
